Refund policy

Product Returns:

If, for any reason, you want to return your purchase, you may do so within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

We also issue refunds if your package is returned to our facility due to shipping complications (e.g., undeliverable address or failed delivery attempts).

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact us. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. 

Exceptions:
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a refund due to health and safety regulations. These include products that have been opened or used, personalized items, and products that have passed their expiration date. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for shipping charges incurred during the original purchase or return process.
